Question: Is this phone a new one. also is there a guaranteed.and can a replacement contract be obtained.

Answer: All of our phones, unless otherwise noted, are brand new just as you would receive them from your local cell phone retailer. I think that you will find our return policy and its guarantees very attractive (http://www.lowcostcells.com/return-policy.html). As far as the "replacement contract" that you refer to below, we aren't exactly sure what that means. Are you looking to renew / upgrade your existing plan? If that is the case, yes, we absolutely participate in those sales. When you are looking at a phone's details, look for a place to click where it says "buy as plan upgrade". That will get you linked over to the purchasing page for cell phone renewals / upgrades.

Question: i curently have verizon service but not under any contract for four years.am i still eligible for the free krave?

Answer: Your account would be considered on our site an eligible upgrade account / plan. For eligible upgrade accounts the Krave becomes $139.99. This is fairly common for account upgrades of new phones in that the upgrade price is higher than the price of the phone with a new plan. As a consideration, you may consider switching to a different carrier than Verizon as the newest phones are always the best price.

Question: I would like to add another line to my family plan. The number that I would like to use will expire from Sprint on January 7th. Is it possible to add a line and get the motorola krave on an existing family plan?

Answer: Is your family plan with Verizon? The Krave can only be used with Verizon service. Assuming that it is, yes, you can take your number from your Sprint phone and make it the new number on your Verizon phone. The transport can't happen before January 7th as you don't want to cancel your Sprint service early and receive a penalty. What I would do would be to wait until the 6th, then order this phone. You should receive your phone on the 8th. At that time you can cancel your Sprint Service and activate your new Krave phone. To order this phone, because it is a line addition, you must do this via the phone rather than our site. Simply call in to 1-888-843-2380. Press "1" at the first prompt and enter call code "123041" at the second prompt. The customer service agents should be able to help you from there.

Question: Can I upgrade

Answer: The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier. We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, you should have no problem doing this through lowcostcells.com. Search our site for the phone that suits you best. When you find that phone, make sure you are in the "phone details" screen where it shows that phone only with all of its technical specs. Once there, simply click next to the phone picture where it says "Buy with a phone upgrade". This will take you to a new window where you will see your upgrade phone price. The following screens will help you to complete your selection.
