Question:
I know from contacting verizon while shopping for phones for me and my wife for the last couple of weeks that a deposite of $125/line (total $250 for two lines) if required for activation. You site has the best deal I can find on the phone that we like the best. How do I pay the deposite? Will it just be charged to my debit card when the order goes through and can I use a prepaid debit card to order the phones. Thank you for your time and I look forward to doing business with the best lowcostcells on the internet.
Answer:
Your deposit will be paid via your credit / debit card. Yes, your debit card will be charged when the order ships. If there is in deed a deposit, you will have to go into the "order status" screen on our site and accept the extra charges (deposit). This protects you, the customer, from just being automatically charged for "stuff" without knowing. As far as using a debit card, it may not be a prepaid debit card and must be on a card that is both attached to a bank and Visa / Mastercard. The Visa / Mastercard logo will appear in the lower right corner of your card if it is affiliated with either of those credit card companies. Again, after you place your order, continually check the "order status" link in the lower left corner of the homepage to check the progress of your order.

when I upgarde will I still be able to use my current phone until I recieve my new upgrade phone

Are these phones new, or pre-owned??
And once a plan is purchased, am I able to adjust the plan up or down if needed??
And what is the warranty??

All our phones are brand new in the box direct from the manufacturer. Once you purchase a plan you have 15 days to return the phone under our customer satisfaction guarantee. Beyond that point you are at the mercy of the carrier as far as their regulations and rules. Remember that you are signing a 2 year contract. Usually carriers will let you move up on a plan. However, they will not let you move down on most times. Finally, for warranties, all phones are subject to the manufacturers warranty.

Can I get the lg env2 for free with upgrade?
Answer:
It looks like with a plan upgrade for my default area code this phone will be $79.99. Sometimes promotions change with area codes so it may be different for you. The free phone offer appears to be for new customers only.

You have to be either eligible for a contract upgrade with your current carrier or you must be a new customer willing to apply for a new contract with a carrier. Either way, the contract length is 2 years. Is this of interest to you?

My daughter who lives overseas would like this phone but there is no Verizon service there. Can she use this phone with prepaid card?

As this time we do not offer prepaid cell phone plans.
