Question:
My son currently has a 2yr verizon share plan with a Razr phone. If I were to get this LG enV2 VX9100Black, could I switch my son's information to this new phone and then add another line to family share plan for my daughter to use the Razr?
Answer:
At this time you would not be able to switch around numbers on phones like this on our site. You could only get the phone with a new phone number and have your son switch numbers.

Question:
Iam presently in a contract with Verizon and I am eligible to upgrade now. Will I be able to get an enV2 under your offer of $0 if I commit to two more years?
Answer:
It looks like with a contract extension, this phone will be $79.99. Sometimes this varies by area code so I encourage you to see for yourself what your renewal price will be. To find this, select the LG enV2. Once selected, a new screen appears. Please click "upgrade plan" next to the picture of the phone. A new window then opens with your cost for the LG enV2.

Question:
do i quilify for a phone if i already have a plan and just want to upgread
Answer:
Do you know if your cell phone contract has expired with your current carrier? The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier. We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, you should have no problem doing this through lowcostcells.com.
