Question: I can't find a plan that does NOT include Blackberry Enterprise Solution or Blackberry Email & Web. I don't want nor do I need my email "pushed" to my phone. One option costs $44.99 & the other $29.99 yet there is no option to NOT choose either of those choices. Is there a way to simply choose the phone & the plan without having to choose either the Enterprise Solution or the Blackberry email web?

Answer: At this time, with our current offers, no, there is not. This is true for any BlackBerry phone and most smart phones. However, what is a $30 blackberry plan may only be a $15 data plan with certain smart phones. You will have to get a basic (but still good) flip phone to just get a regular call plan.

Question: I would like to know if there is a plan that i can get withour having a contract or even paying a deposit. If not what would i have to do to start my service if would have to pay a deposit? I am looking at Verizon and want to know how to get started.

Answer: From Verizon, we do not offer a prepaid wireless plan. If that is what you want, at the bottom of our home page we have a host of advertisers that do offer pre-paid wireless plans. I encourage you to scroll through and click through to those sites to see if that is something for you.

Now, if you do want to have a 2 year contract plan with Verizon, all you need to do is find the phone of choice from Verizon. Once found click "order now" next to the phone picture. A new window opens with the phone and a suggested plan. Please adjust either by clicking on the "select another plan" or "select another phone" links in the details boxes respectively. Once satisfied, scroll to the bottom of the page and look for a green arrow. This will take you through your next two or three check out pages and get you applied for a plan with Verizon.

After you have "checked out" you will be given an order number or confirmation number. Write this number down. Then at any time you may go onto our homepage, and in the lower left column click the "order status" link to check the progress of your order and if there is any other information that Verizon needs to process your order.

Question: I would really like to have the Blackberry Pearl 8130 Pink. I currently am in a 2year agreement with Verizon which does not end until May 2009. The phone I previously purchased keep falling apart and I have super glued it several times to keep it together. What are my options?

Answer: If you are already in a contract and your contract does not end for a while then your only option is to purchase the cell phone without a plan. This option is very expensive, but unfortunately the only way to get another cell phone. All of our cell phones are sold with a new plan activation only or an upgrade/renewal of your existing cell phone plan.
