If I am an existing family share customer and want to add a line to my plan am I eligible for the free lg venus?

The price for this phone for adding a line may change by zip code. It may be free still as well. To add a line, you are not able to use our website to do this. All you need to do is call our customer service agents at 1-888-843-2380. Press "1" when prompted for sales. Then, enter 128137 when prompted for the call code. The customer service agent can give you your quoted price for this phone as an "add a line" phone. You are under no obligation to buy for simply calling in for a quote.

Do you know if your cell phone contract has expired and you are eligible to renew / upgrade your existing plan? Only eligible plans can be upgraded with a new cell phone. The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier. We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, you should have no problem doing this through lowcostcells.com. Search our site for the phone that suits you best. When you find that phone, make sure you are in the "phone details" screen where it shows that phone only with all of its technical specs. Once there, simply click next to the phone picture where it says "Buy with a phone upgrade". This will take you to a new window where you will see your upgrade phone price. The following screens will help you to complete your selection.

does it have to be a brand new family share plan,or can u have a family share plan right now.
Answer:
The prices shown are for new customer plans. We do have the ability to process plan upgrades if eligible. Sometimes the price will change on renewals and sometimes it will be consistent with new customers. It just depends. Once you select the "upgrade family plan" link, a new window opens on your desk top. A price will be shown for the phone(s). That is the price you will pay for the renewal / upgrade option.
