I have had this phone for about 8 months. I need to charge the phone every day. I don't text too much and have replaced the battery at a discount cell phone store but supposedly the battery was OEM. Any suggestions?
Answer:
How many minutes a day do you talk on your phone? This phone is rated for daily talk time of 200 minutes or just over 3 hours. Plus, stand-by time does eat battery. Is the phone actually beeping low battery when you plug it in or are the bars just a little low? It is always best to get your battery down to where it is beeping if possible. The more you can let your phone go dead and the less you plug it into charge, the better the battery will last. Also, make sure the battery gets a full charge before removing it from your charger. Removing it to early and especially removing it onyl to replug it in a few minutes later is about as bad for a battery as it gets. If none of these things are helpful, I would go directly to LG with your issue. Maybe they can help you a little more as they are the experts on their phones.

I was looking at this phone and I would like to order it but I do not have a credit or debit card, is there any other way to get a phone?
Answer:
At this time you are required to have a debit or credit card to make a purchase.. There is no other way to do it.
