Question:
I am currently a T Mobile subscriber... I am eligible for an upgrade phone on my current plan... am I able to get this and keep my current plan and such?
Answer:
You are able to get any phone from T-Mobile as an upgrade phone. Your plan, however, will need to be a plan that we offer. It is likely that T-Mobile has changed their plans during the two year period since you have purchased your phone.

I'll be in central Chili. this winter. also how do I make sure that I have reception in the area I live here in Villa Grove Co. Do I have a period of satification. What is the contract for the free phone. Do you have a store in Alamosa 2where I can see the phone

My specialty is domestic phones sales. When traveling outside the U.S. I always recommend that the customers talk directly to the carrier of choice about phones working or not working elsewhere. We are independently owned and operated and are online only. Therefore, we do not have any stores to show you this phone. Question:
I am on a T-Mobile family plan, but I ant to terminate my line and will have to pay the $200 cancellation fee. I want to purchase a T-Mobile plan in my name only, will I still be able to use my existing T-Mobile number or will I have to be issued a new one?

Most likely you will be able to use that number. Terminations are a little different deal though so I would call this order in before terminating that other contract.

I have a T-mobile plan that expires on May 31st. If I let it expire, can I start a new plan through you and get the 8900 for 49.99?

Unfortunately no, you would still be a customer of record. If you are looking for a great deal on a cell phone, it is always best to be a new customer. Also, as this is 2 months away, the deals may be better on that phone and/or there may be another new phone out that you like better.

Question:
I have been with T-Moble for years and just tried to upgrade from my Pearl to the new BB Curve 8900 and was told that I would have to pay $179 for the same phone, how can this promotion be???
Answer:
Reimbursement rates on T-Mobile upgrade customers is not nearly what it is for signing up new customers. With that being said, we can only offer the Curve 8900 as a free (after rebate) phone to new customers. Many customers will switch carriers every two years (contract period) to take advantage of the best phone deals. We encourage you to check out all of our other carriers that we sell phones and plans for.

Question:
does this phone have video camera and play videos if so how long does the videos last?
Answer:
Yes, this phone does have a video camera. I can't seem to find anything about the length of video clip it records other than that it records "short" video clips. I think that they don't tell you the video capture length because you can select different settings and quality levels. Therefore this changes recording length of the phone.
