If I already have a plan can I get another phone for free
Answer:
In order to receive phones at a highly discounted rate you will either have to renew / upgrade your account or switch carriers and be a new customer to that carrier. To buy the phone without either of these changes, you would have to pay full price.

Answer:
Is your Flexpay plan a contract plan or a pay as you go plan? This plan comes both ways. If it is contracted, is it available for an upgrade? T-Mobile will be the only one that can answer this for you. If you are not eligible for a plan upgrade or are on a pay as you go plan, the phone will be full price. Only certain phones are eligible for the flex plan from T-Mobile. Please call our customer service number at 1-888-843-2380 for assistance.
