Yes, you may use this phone by simply switching sim cards. As we do not sell prepaid plans, this phone without a new plan or plan renewal is $209.99. When you find the Motorola ACTV on our site click the "order now" link next to the phone. This opens a new window. Inside that new window you will see right next to the phone picture "price without new account". There you will want to click "more info +". This opens a pull down section where you can click the green "buy phone only" link.

If I already have a plan can I get another phone for free
Answer:
In order to receive phones at a highly discounted rate you will either have to renew / upgrade your account or switch carriers and be a new customer to that carrier. To buy the phone without either of these changes, you would have to pay full price.

Is your Flexpay plan a contract plan or a pay as you go plan? This plan comes both ways. If it is contracted, is it available for an upgrade? T-Mobile will be the only one that can answer this for you. If you are not eligible for a plan upgrade or are on a pay as you go plan, the phone will be full price.
