my phone broke and my contract win,t be up until march how can i get a new phone?

You will need to purchase a new phone at full retail. When you find the phone of your choice on our site click the "order now" link next to the phone. This opens a new window. Inside that new window you will see right next to the phone picture "price without new account". There you will want to click "more info +". This opens a pull down section where you can click the green "buy phone only" link.

Question:
I tried to call customer service but they were asking for a code. What's the code? Also, I have a existing tmobile contract. Can I just get the phone and renew the contract without any fees or am I missing something? Making 50 dollars off the offer shown seems to good to be true. Can I get this phone with no fees?

This phone for upgrade customers is $19.99 after rebate! You may either call in your order to 1-888-843-2380 (call code 128105) or you may place it on our site. To order on our site please go to:http://www.lowcostcells.com/tmobile_sony-ericsson-tm506-emerald-green-12553.html. Once there, look next to the phone picture where it says "Buy with plan upgrade (You must....carrier)". Click on that underlined phrase. This will open a new window where you can select a calling plan and / or change the phone. Once satisfied with your selection, click towards the bottom of the screen where it says "add to cart". The next few screens will be your review and check out screens.

I have a current account and phone from you.I wanted to change my old phone, purchase a new one and keep the number. Do I still need to get a new contract? And how do I go about adding a second phone to my account?
Answer:
In order to get the best deal, your phone needs to be eligible for a plan upgrade to purchase a replacement phone. All you need to do is renew or upgrade your existing elgible plan for a period of two more years. Now, if you want to add a second line, you will have to change your plan to a family plan. The new, added phone, will qualify at new phone rates. To do a plan change and addition, you will need to call your order in rather than do this online. We really don't have a great way of making all these changes at once on our site so that is why you will have to call it in. It will be easier for you as well. Yes, it appears as though the price is $19.99 after mail-in rebate for this phone on a contract upgrade. It is common practice for carriers to offer the best deals to new customers and higher prices to existing customers. Also, this is common that new phones to the market will be higher priced on renewals than phones that have been on the market for a while. This should be true no matter where you shop for this phone.
