can i still get this phone free if i just do a upgrade?

Do you know if your cell phone contract has expired and you are eligible to renew / upgrade your existing plan? Only eligible plans can be upgraded with a new cell phone. The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier. We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, you should have no problem doing this through lowcostcells.com. When you find the phone of your liking, simply click next to the phone picture where it says "upgrade plan". This will take you to a new window where you will see your upgrade phone price. The following screens will help you to complete your selection.

Answer:
The phone price is dictated by the carrier, plan selected, and your zip code. Before the check out screen you will have three different views of the cost of your phone. If the phone is still free after the first screen, pending no changes to the plan or phone, it should be a free phone. There shouldn't be any any surprises along the way.
