Question: I would like to know if I can upgrade yet on my service to a new phone? Or is it too early?

Answer: Traditionally one is not able to upgrade their contract until they are 90% of the way through it. Please call our customer service line to verify if you are able to be upgraded as more information about your account is needed (1-888-843-2380).

Question: i am currently with tmobile and my phone is broken in half thanks to my baby.the bill is not due until oct.3,but i need a new phone can i get a new one for free.

Question: are there any sites that i can go to, to purchase a cell phone for my existing account? i already have service i just need another phone.

Answer: Are you wanting to add a line to an existing account or simply to replace your existing phone? If you would like to add a line to an existing plan and you use one of our carriers, please call one of our customer service agents at 1-888-842-2380. Please have an idea of a phone or two that you would like to upgrade to. If you are simply looking to replace your existing phone, I would search under the term "unlocked cell phone". That will bring you to existing sites selling cell phones only.

Question: can i upgrade i have a contract with t mobile and really enjoy my service. Though would like to upgrade all three phones if i need to will extend my contract, i would like free nice phones if possible i have 3 razor phones not happy with them. Please help me.

Answer: Do you know if you are now eligible for an upgrade? If so, select the phone of your choice under any T-Mobile icon and click "order now." Once you click the "order now" button next to the phone, a new screen should open showing the phone with a suggested plan. To the left of the phone there is a button that says "Renew / upgrade all your family plan phones". Click on that and you will now be able to upgrade your plan and phones as desired! Please note that some the prices you originally see on the phones when first selected before clicking "Renew / Upgrade all your family plan phones" may change on the next screen because they are only for new customers to T-Mobile.

Question: My girl friend has been using a att plan for years can she upgrade to the razr w/o cost? or what phone can she upgrade to w/o cost?

Answer: It sounds as though your girlfriend contract is definitely expired. To get the Razr V3i at no cost (depending on your zip code, for mine in this case I would pay $3.99) all your girlfriend would have to do is sign-up through lowcostcells.com for a 2 year contract upgrade with AT&T via this phone's link. She can even keep her same phone number by entering it in the accessories and features screen in the check-out selection process. I hope she enjoys her new Motorola Razr phone!
