Answer:
Phone cost vary by zip code. When you find the phone of your liking (in this case the Wing), simply click next to the phone picture where it says "upgrade family plan". This will take you to a new window where you will see your upgrade phone price. The following screens will help you to complete your selection.

Do you know if your cell phone contract has expired with your current carrier? The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier. We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, the T-Mobile Wing is $299.99. The best deals are always for new customers. If you are not set on T-Mobile and the Wing, you may want to shop the many other awesome offers from our other carriers! Just make sure your account can be canceled without penalty before applying for a new account with another carrier as noted above.

i tried calling your phone line and it keeps asking for a call code...where do i get a call code from?

Your call code for the T-Mobile Wing is 120250. Sorry for the confusion. Where you find this is by going to the phone of choice, in this case the wing, and selecting "order now". Once selected a new screen pops open and the phone is feature with a suggested service plan. On that screen, if you click "order by phone" a third screen opens with a phone number and call code. That is the code you will want to use.

Is your FlexPay plan under an annual service agreement or is it simply a pay as you go? Credit approval is required with a FlexPay annual service agreement, and in return, you can take advantage of discounts and specials on T-Mobile phones and handsets. If you do not want to sign a long-term service agreement or do not want T-Mobile to perform a credit check, simply pay full invoice price for your handset up front and pay month-to-month. For this request, we will have to ask that you call into the customer service line at 1-888-843-2380. Our site is only capable of processing upgrades (additions) when all phones are available for an upgrade. They will be able to tell you the cost of the two phones for your upgrade (addition) at that time. You are under no obligation to sign up for the phone by simply calling in for a quote.
