Question: I have T_Mobile on a family plan and lost the same model cellular. Can I take advantage of this offer to replace the RAZR V3 Gray w/my Faves that was lost?

Answer: Do you know if you are eligible for a plan renewal? To find out both your contract upgrade / renewal date and your contract end date please call your carrier directly and they will provide you with the accurate date for both. The easiest way to find their number is to use the customer service number found on your last monthly bill from your carrier. If you are eligible for a plan renewal and phone upgrade, we would be glad to help you out.

Question: I have a Motorola RAZR V3, AT&T carrier. Can I transfer all the contact numbers in my old sim card to the new T-mobile sim card?

Answer: I know that AT&T stores transfer numbers from T-Mobile phones for free. However, I am not sure about T-Mobile's similar service. You will want to call your local corporate owned T-Mobile store and find out about their services offered. Since it is corporate owned and not independently owned, they should be able to offer all T-Mobile services to you even with buying your phone on-line.

Question: I'm an existing customer whose contract has expired. I'm interested in re-upping with T-Mobile for convenience. Do these special prices apply to me if I sign another contract?

Answer: When you upgrade your phone, some of the deals are valid and some are not. The carriers vary this from phone to phone and zip code to zip code. The best deals are always to be had by being a new customer. However, that is not to say that there are screaming hot deals for an upgrade customers. What you need to do is narrow your search down to a few different phones and then check out to see if the deal works for upgrades in your zip code. How you do this is by searching for the phone(s) of choice. Next to the phone picture there should be a link to click that says "see details" or "more phone pictures and details". Click there. A new screen should load. Once this new screen has loaded click again next to the new phone picture where it says "buy as a phone upgrade (you must be...)". This will then open a new window. In that new window you will find your new phone price for an upgrade along side a suggested plan. You may change either the phone or the plan in this screen, or, you may simply just close the window and search for another phone. Below is a link to all of our T-Mobile phones:

Question: if i have t mobile now but i need 2 new phones early do i have to pAY FULL PRICE ?

Answer: It sounds like you most likely would have to. However, I would call your carrier's customer service number and see when both your contract runs out and when your upgrade availability date is. If you are available for an upgrade, then we can definitely help you out!
