Im getting my 1st cell phone and im sure this is the one im getting.and i wanted to know if it comes in black, and if the plan, service, delivery, and phone are free, and lastly if thos phone is legally free.

Does the LG Rumor work (or can it work) off an AT&T account? I'd love to swap phones if it would.
