Question:
I have spoken with a Sprint rep, who ran a credit check and told me that the company would require a $100 deposit per line (max two) to start service. Also, the company I work for has an arrangement for a corporate discount of 15% for any service thru Sprint. Am I eligible for these offers if I order through your company?
Thank you,
Answer:
The credit check will run through Sprint so I don't really see why they would change your $100 per line charge. As far as your corporate discount. Once you have your phone service activated, you can call into Sprint where they directly will have to change your account status to accept the corporate discount.

Question:
can you keep your same phone number you have. how much is the phone, the phone plan
Answer:
Yes, you can keep your same phone number as you currently use. You will have an option to enter your existing phone number to have it transported at the check out screens. As far as phone cost and plan cost. The phone is free after $100 mail-in rebate ($100 is due today) for most new customers to Sprint (sometimes varies by zip code). The plan costs, they vary by the plan you select. Once you click "order now" next to the phone of choice a new screen opens where you will be able to confirm your phone selection and choose a plan.

Question:
can i get the phone without the contract without paying the full retail price
Answer:
How you find the price of the phone without signing up for a contract is by selecting "order now" next to any phone under your specific phone service carrier (excluding Alltel). A new window opens with that phone and a suggested plan. Next to the phone picture you should see something that says "price with out new contract" and below that will be the phone price with a link for "more info". Click "more info" to move forward with the purchase of that phone.

Question:
DEAR locostcells, i would like to purchase this samsung phone, but i am already a sprint customer since july 2007. Am i elegible for that purchase? what should i do?
thanks. Cesar
Answer:
The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier (Sprint). We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, you should have no problem doing this through lowcostcells.com. When you find the phone of your liking, simply click next to the phone picture where it says "upgrade plan". This will take you to a new window where you will see your upgrade phone price. The following screens will help you to complete your selection. As far as our pricing, the prices you see on the screen are for phones & plans for new customers to the respective carrier. To find the upgrade pricing, please follow the directions above to see the screen with the upgrade price.

Question:
I am currently a sprint customer. I would like to upgrade my I880 to the new instinct. I am elegible for a 150.00 upgrade. What would be my total out of pocket cost for the instinct and how do I get it activated and insured????
Answer:
On our site, we offer a different special. I would guess that this $150 off is through Sprint owned stores only. Our offer is the phone at $179.99 with a $100.00 mail-in rebate from Sprint. Your net cost will be $79.99 after rebate. You will see this price once you click the "upgrade plan" option next to the picture of the phone in the individual "phone details" section. Activation will happen a few days after shipment. You can either call in to activate your phone or many times, your phone will be activated automatically. Finally, for insurance, you will have an option to select insurance during the check out process. It is one of the many options that are available to you during check out.

Question:
I already have a qualifying plan. I just need 4 Instinct phones. I will activate with Sprint and extend out contracts for 2 years. Can I buy JUST THE PHONES?
Thanks :)
Answer:
You can buy phones without plans, but it is a fairly large jump in cost of the equipment. The phones purchased without plans are $399.99 each. However, the phones as upgrades / renewals are $79.99 each. You can see the significant price advantage to renewing your contract for another two years.

Question:
High im looking to up grade my curent phone does that have some inpact on the saving or if i wasnt looking to upgrade would i be paying the full price without instant rebates and mail in rebates?
Answer:
Do you know if your cell phone contract has expired and you are eligible to renew / upgrade your existing plan? Only eligible plans can be upgraded with a new cell phone. The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier.
The best deals are often times with new carrier phone plans versus upgraded plans. It is not a bad decision to switch carriers when your existing contract expires as it is often a savings for you.

Question:
How much is the instinct with this offer. They do not really state the accual price!
Answer:
Below should be all the prices that you saw when you looked at this offer. The prices you are concerned about are the "Cost Today" and the "Mail-in-rebate". Your cost today is just that, the price you must pay today to purchase this cell phone. The "Mail-in Rebate" is the additional money back that you receive from the carrier for this phone once you mail-in the rebate form. Your net price after a few months will be the "Special Final Price" of $49.99 once your rebate back is received. Also note our free two day shipping. Does this all make sense to you now? Also, one more thing to note is that sometimes offers change by area code so your cost may or may not be the same.
Reg. Price: $449.99 Instant Rebates: -$300 Cost Today: $149.99 Mail-In Rebates: $100.00
Special Final Price: $49.99 + FREE 2-day Shipping!
