i want to know if i can get a deal on a phone without signing a contract we have a account with you now and have had for a long time. thank you

All of our phone deals require you to either sign up as a new account with a different carrier than your current carrier or to renew / upgrade your existing account with another two year contract. Your account must be eligible for an upgrade. The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier. We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. Then it is up to the carrier to come back and tell us whether you were eligible for their service. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, you should have no problem doing this through lowcostcells.com. Search our site for the phone that suits you best. When you find that phone, make sure you are in the "phone details" screen where it shows that phone only with all of its technical specs. Once there, simply click next to the phone picture where it says "Buy with a family plan upgrade". This will take you to a new window where you will see your upgrade phone price. The following screens will help you to complete your selection.

Can I keep my current cell phone number and what is the cost if the phone is disconnected prior to 2 years. Is there a Sprint wireless store in this area? Zip code is 78639. Thank you.
Answer:
Yes, you can keep your current cell phone number. As you proceed through the checkout process you will see where you are able to do this. As far as the penalty for early cancelation from T-Mobile, it looks to be $175 per phone. As far as a Sprint store around you, we are an independently owned, on-line only retailer for Sprint and many other carriers. I am not really sure where the closest Sprint store to you would be. However, if you do find one close by, please compare our prices to theirs. I believe you will be surprised by the difference!
