Question: So What Would Be the Total cost? I mean like all together or monthly?

Answer: Do you know if your cell phone contract has expired and you are eligible to renew / upgrade your existing plan? Only eligible plans can be upgraded with a new cell phone. The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier. We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, you should have no problem doing this through lowcostcells.com. Search our site for the phone that suits you best. When you find that phone, make sure you are in the "phone details" screen where it shows that phone only with all of its technical specs. Once there, simply click next to the phone picture where it says "Buy with a phone upgrade". This will take you to a new window where you will see your upgrade phone price. The following screens will help you to complete your selection.

Question: why my debit card is not going through

Answer: Is your debit card affiliated with a credit card company such as Visa or Mastercard? Your card can not simply be just an ATM card and must be affiliated with one of these credit card companies. If that is not the solution, please call 1-888-843-2380, press 1 at the first prompt, and finally the numbers 127755 when prompted for the code.

Question: I presently have a Sprint/Nextel account & the contract is up in 2009. I still have the same cell I purchased over 2yrs. ago & I desperately need a new one. can I go with this "LG Rumor Green"? or what can I do for a new cell at low cost?

Answer: What you are going to need to do is purchase a preprogrammed Sprint phone without a contract (described on this site as "phone only"). These phones are going to be a little more expensive than if you were to buy a phone with a new plan or a plan extension. The LG Rumor Green will be $269.99. You can find the price of any phone out by selecting a phone and clicking "order now" to the right of the phone picture. A new screen opens showing the phone and a plan. Right next to that phone picture will be a gray shaded area that says "price with our a phone contract". That will be the price for the phone only. Make sure it is via Sprint and you should not have any problems.

Question: On the LG Rumor Green, with final price $0,...that is only IF you purchase an UPGRADE of your current plan? I have Sprint service now, but I am in need of a new phone, since my phone died.

Answer: That is correct. Only if you are eligible for an upgrade can you get this phone for $0.00 after the mail in rebate. Do you know if you are eligible for an upgrade? Sprint will have to tell you that. We recommend you find your last bill from Sprint for the appropriate customer service phone number to call. If you are not eligible for an upgrade this phone is going to be $269.99.

Question: can you still get this phone if you don't have credit?

Answer: Usually when people do not have credit, they have to pay a deposit up front. Sometimes that deposit can be quite large. One thing you do need is a credit or debit card. Do you have one of those? If you have a credit card, than you have credit.

Question: if you get a family plan of 3 how much does this phone cost?, free cause if so i want it lol. :]

Answer: For my default area code, the green phone is not available. For your area code this may or may not be true. Unfortunately, cell phone carriers do not offer the same phones in all areas of the country. However, I did try selecting all three LG Rumor Black phones as my family plan options. When doing so, my total cost of all three phones was zero dollars...FREE! That is not a bad price if you can live with Black LG Rumors. My zip code also offers the blue and white Rumors with free phone options as well!
