Hi - I'm highly interested in upgrading my PC 6700. This phone is definitely a catch. I am a sprint customer with a $150 instant credit. Could that credit be applied to this phone, if I wish to purchase it?

At this time our offers are our bottom line price. We don't support any additional offers. Depending if you can send this offer into Sprint, like a rebate, after your purchase from our site would be about the only way it could be used.

my phone is temporarily shut off, but i will be paying my bill and restoring my services within the next few weeks. i would like to know if i can upgrade my phone at this time?
Answer:
The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier. We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, you should have no problem doing this through lowcostcells.com. When you find the phone of your liking, simply click next to the phone picture where it says "upgrade plan". This will take you to a new window where you will see your upgrade phone price. The following screens will help you to complete your selection.

I would like to know why does all the service except for sprint got the blackberry pearl for free? Im not talking about after the rebate. im really intersted in getting one but it not with service. do you know when there is a next sale?
Answer:
Our offers are all backed by a combination of carrier discounts and our own discounting. Right now Sprint does not offer as good of deal as the other carriers so we are not able to offer the same price. Promotions change often so keep checking back for changes, though specifically we do not know when this will be. Please remember that you must agree to a two year commitment with the cell phone provider to receive these offers. If you do not, the cost of the phone will then be $399.99.

Answer:
Do you know if you are availble for an upgrade? If you are not sure, please call the customer service line for Sprint found on your monthly bill as they are the only ones who will be able to help you there. Now, if you are available for an upgrade, here is what you do. To renew / upgrade your contract select the phone of your choice. In this instance it looks like you want the BlackBerry Pearl 8130. Once you click the "order now" button next to the phone, a new screen should open showing the phone with a suggested plan. To the left of the phone there is a button that says "Renew / upgrade your phone". Click that and the page should refresh to this option. Make sure that the plan is what you would like it to be or change it by selecting the "more plans" button where the plan is described. Now click the green arrow towards the bottom of the page labeled "add to cart." The new screen that appears is the screen where you will pick available phone accessories and plan features to customize this cell phone and plan to your liking. When satisfied with your accessories and features chosen (also make sure to have entered your current phone number), click "continue." The next screen allows you to review your selections. If satisfied, simply click "checkout." The rest of the way you just need to enter your information for the order to proceed to finalization. If accepted, your phone should arrive in a few days!
