i was wondering could i buy the phone without a contract i already have service and was in need of a better looking phone

This phone without a new plan or plan renewal is $269.99. When you find the phone on our site click the "order now" link next to the phone. This opens a new window. Inside that new window you will see right next to the phone picture "price without new account". There you will want to click "more info +". This opens a pull down section where you can click the green "buy phone only" link.
