I have been an AT&T customer for quite some time and I have a family plan with 5 phones. I am interested in upgrading my phone and really like the LG Incite phone because of the long battery life. I already have a texting plan that I pay for, but don't want any of the other media plans at this time. I want to know why I can't take advantage of the free upgrade to this phone without getting additonal media plans added to my already high bill.

This is interesting. You have confirmed with AT&T that you are eligible for an upgrade? Also, you received your $175 early termination warning after ordering from our site (lowcostcells.com)? When an order is placed on our site, it is automatically and immediately sent directly to AT&T. After they have processed your request, they then send us a message on what was determined. We then pass that to the customer. It will either come up one of four ways: you are approved, more information is required, a deposit is required, you are ineligible. I can't find a usb cord to download pictures to my computer. ATT store doesn't even carry them. However,in the Quick start guide enclosed in the Phone packaging it shows the optional accessories. Where can I get this? Why aren't they being carried.

I recommend your local radio shack store. They carrier all types of odds and ends cables that will probably work. If they can't be of service, Best Buy might be able too. Also, at the bottom of our site there are a host of cell phone accessories advertisers. Check them out as they would also be great candidates for this piece.

Couple questions about LG incite. When do you expect it in stock? I understand there is a recall on it, will it be fixed soon? To get the deal on your site do I have to get the data plan for the full 2 years?

We have the Incite in-stock right now. The recall dated back to early January and should have ran its course a few weeks back. New inventory is now in the marketplace. As far as the data plan goes, you must keep the data plan for 6 months. At the 7th month you can decide if it is right for you or not. If you cancel before the 6 months is over, you will be charged back full price for the phone.

I would take it to your local carrier's corporate owned store and see if their service techs can diagnose the problem. If they can't come up with anything, then I would look to replacement of the phone. Hopefully you are eligible for an upgrade from your carrier. what's the difference really?
Which phone had the best reception?
I want a touch screen cell phone with good reception!
Answer:
These two phones are really meant to compete against one another. I will say that the LG Incite will have a little bit more for you. Mostly its advantages are that it has Wi-Fi connectivity built in so that you can use any Wi-Fi network, it has a little more memory, and that it operates off of Windows Mobile (depending if you are a windows fan or not). There really aren't too many other differences. They are both really great new phones. Also, about reception, I also think this is wash. It is my experience that reception is more of a carrier issue than an individual phone issue. I know that is very arguable but that has been my experience.

we extended and upgraded our LG500"s to AT&T Tilt phones(2) refurbished- they are not working right can we purchase these phones for the $99.99 (x2) price i found on here?
Answer:
If you are not eligible for an upgrade / extension, you will have to pay full price for this phone. This phone without a new plan or plan renewal is $409.99 each. When you find the LG Incite on our site, click the "order now" link next to the phone. This opens a new window. Inside that new window you will see right next to the phone picture "price without new account". There you will want to click "more info +". This opens a pull down section where you can click the green "buy phone only" link.
If these refurbished phones are not that old and not working properly, I would probably contact the place you purchased them from and explain what is wrong with them. Though I doubt that you will get new phones, you may be able to get these current phones working properly for the remainder of your contract.
