Question:
I'm having trouble obtaining this particular model phone. can you help me? I'm a long time AT&T customer just looking to upgrade........thank you
Answer:
At this time it appears as if we are out of the black Samsung Rugby. Typically stock-outs only last for a few days. We do have the yellow Rugby on hand right now if that is of interest to you. At this time, for upgrade customers, this phone is $79.99. You may either call in your order to 1-888-843-2380 (call code 157790) or you may place it on our site. To order on our site please go to: http://www.lowcostcells.com/att_samsung-rugby-a837-yellow-12528.html. Once there, look next to the phone picture where it says "Buy with plan upgrade (You must....carrier)". Click on that underlined phrase. This will open a new window where you can select a calling plan and / or change the phone. Once satisfied with your selection, click towards the bottom of the screen where it says "add to cart". The next few screens will be your review and check out screens.

Question:
I currently have service with AT&T with a family plan and want to upgrade mine and my wife's phones. My wife has a messaging plan that is no longer offered, (1000 messages for $9.99). Would she be able to keep this option on her line if we upgrade through your website?
Answer:
To receive the deals we list, you must purchase our current plan offers so you won't be able to keep that plan. By offering the newest, lowest cost phones on the web, we have to offer only the current programs.

Question:
do I qualify for the new rugby $49.00 phone
Answer:
Only AT&T will be able to tell you when your renewal date is. We are only an AT&T processing center and are not privy to that information. The easiest way to contact AT&T is to use the customer service number found on your last phone bill. When you call that number please make sure that you get both your actual contract end date as well as your renewal / upgrade date.

Question:
I see the offer of $49.99 with free SH for the Rugby phones. I want to know if I can get this offer for existing plans. I have the family plan set up and want 2 phones. Can I get this price? My number 318 470-8854 and 318 518-8875
Answer:
If you want to add two more phones to your existing family plan and you do not have over 3 phones on it already, then yes (zip code pending), you should be able to get these phones at that price. Sometimes different zip codes may not have an offer but it is more the exception than the norm. Now, if you want to replace your phones on this plan via a renewal / upgrade, your price will change. It looks like you would pay $99.99 each.
