At this time, for upgrade customers, this phone is $0- Free. You may either call in your order to 1-888-843-2380 (call code 116650) or you may place it on our site. To order on our site please go to: http://www.lowcostcells.com/att_blackberry-pearl-8110-titanium-12332.html. Once there, look next to the phone picture where it says "Buy with family plan upgrade (You must....carrier)". Click on that underlined phrase. This will open a new window where you can select a calling plan and / or change the phone. Once satisfied with your selection, click towards the bottom of the screen where it says "add to cart". The next few screens will be your review and check out screens.

This phone is free for customers either purchasing a new 2 year calling plan or for existing customers upgrading an eligible two year calling plan at lowcostcells.com.

This phone without a new plan or plan renewal is $289.99. When you find the phone on our site click the "order now" link next to the phone. This opens a new window. Inside that new window you will see right next to the phone picture "price without new account". There you will want to click "more info +". This opens a pull down section where you can click the green "buy phone only" link.

I have my cellphone, home phone and internet service with AT&T. Can I get a blackberry? Extra cost?

Do you know if you are eligible for a plan renewal? To find out both your contract upgrade / renewal date and your contract end date please call your carrier directly and they will provide you with the accurate date for both. The easiest way to find their number is to use the customer service number found on your last monthly bill from your carrier. If you are eligible for a plan renewal and phone upgrade, we would be glad to help you out.
The only extra expense that you would probably incur would be the $30 BlackBerry internet and e-mail plan that is in addition to the voice plan. The BlackBerry plan is a mandatory purchase with this offer and is probably 90% wanted / needed with this phone anyway for the typical purchasers of this phone.

We actually won't be able to tell you your plan renewal date. You will have to contact your carrier directly. The easiest way to do this is to call their customer service number found on your last phone bill. Their are two dates you will want to know: your contract end date & your upgrade / renewal eligibility date for both phones. Once you qualify for your renewal eligibility date, you should have no problem ordering a new phone via our site.

I looked for your name in our database but can't seem to find it. Did you get this phone from us? You may find our return policy at the following link: http://www.lowcostcells.com/return-policy.html. If you did not purchase this phone from us, depending on when you did receive the phone, you may or may not be able to return it to the retailer from which it was purchased. I would contact them, however, and see what your options are.
