I purchased your telephone Shine two weeks ago at on of your AT&T stores in xxxxxxx on xxxxx. I was charged $106 with a 50$ rebate. Now I see adds that this phone is free. I should get a credit for the $50 I paid.Please advise

We are an independently owned, authorized agent of AT&T as well as many other carriers. You will have to take this up with that AT&T store directly as we have no affiliation with them. Traditionally, our prices blow away brick and mortar retailers so I encourage you to stop back when it is time to buy a new phone. When you purchased the Nokia 6085 was it called an unlocked phone? If is it was unlocked it can be reprogrammed to different carriers. However, with how low in cost our cell phones are and with how fast technology changes, we strongly encourage you to buy new phones.
If you are talking about the actual family plan, then yes, the two phones will be $59.99. If you were to add a third phone, this cost per month would increase.
Since you are in a contract with a carrier for a two year period and because they strongly help in discounting phones, there is a termination fee. The fee varies by carrier. Usually it ranges from $175 to $250.
The Pearl 8100 comes in gold, ruby, and blue from T-Mobile.

If I saw a phone you have on sale how would I know if I am eligable for a upgrade?

The only one that can tell you if you are eligible for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier. We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, you should have no problem doing this through lowcostcells.com. When you find the phone of your liking, simply click next to the phone picture where it says "upgrade plan". This will take you to a new window where you will see your upgrade phone price and complete your selection over the next few screens.

We are glad you asked. Our phones are free because we are an on-line only entity and can control our expenses a lot more than a brick and mortar store. Therefor we pass our cost savings on to our customers and earn a competitive advantage. This phone is a brand new phone and is the same phone that you will find in your local store. Also, we have a 15 day love it or return it policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

I like the no rebate and 0 pay out on phones with a new AT&T plan. (current cust eligible for upgrades. I have four phones I need to upgrade for the best possible price. Not everyone wants the shine though. Can you help?
Answer:
I believe we can help you. You will want to select the LG Shine by clicking "see phone details" next to the LG Shine of choice. Next, click "Buy with a family plan upgrade (You must be eligible for an upgrade from the carrier)". This will open a new screen. In the new screen, find the area towards the top of the screen that show a suggested plan for you. Click on the "more AT&T plans" link to select the plan of your choice if you do not like the one listed. Once selected, in that same cell phone plan box, change the number of phones on the plan from 2 to 4. Your screen should refresh and four phones will be showing there. It looks like today the two LG shines are free with two other LG phones free as well. If you do not like these phones, you can change them in the area where they are shown by selecting the "change this phone" link. A new screen opens with the cost of all the phones offered as third and forth phones for that carrier. Once satisfied with your selection, please follow the green arrows at the bottom of your screen through to the check out.

is this phone the same as the one being advertised for 49.99 on the television

We are not really sure what is being advertised on TV in your area. All we can tell you is that if it is an LG Shine and it is from the same carrier on our site as the TV advertisement (looks like AT&T), they are probably the same phone. From the AT&T website, it looks as though their is only one style of LG shine they are selling.

At this time we do not sell prepaid cellular service. The only way to purchase the LG Shine from us is to sign up for a two year contract.
