if i already have a att go phone plan can i get this phone at the online price that you have it for without paying the full price

Unfortunately we do not support AT&T Go Phone plans. Therefore, we will not be able to supply you with a cell phone today.

If I upgrade my plan with the blackjack is this a service thru at&t? Will I be able to get insurance on this phone?
Answer:
To answer your first question, yes, the service is through AT&T. As far as insurance goes, once you have added the phone to your shopping cart, you will be asked if you would like to purchase for $49.99 cell phone coverage for a year. There is a FAQ's link in the text box offering this insurance that will assist you in learning more about its coverage.

can i get this offer as an upgrade on my exsisting plan
Answer:
Do you know if you are available for an upgrade to your existing AT&T plan? If so, for the default zip code I use, the phone is free after rebates (you would pay $49.99 today but would receive a $50.00 rebate from AT&T). Some plans change from zip code to zip code. This is a great phone for and its even better today because it is FREE!
