Has your contract expired or at least gotten to the point where it is available to be upgraded? If you do not know this, you simply just need to call your carrier for that information.
As far as the price for the phone, any phone we sell is subject to the promotion of the carrier that is backing it. The carrier may have the promotional price for the phone as a new customer only promo. Or maybe it is for renewal only. Yet, maybe it is for both renewals and new customers. Once you select your phone by clicking "order now" a new screen will open with an option to "renew your plan". Click that link and the renewal price will now be displayed.

If your contract has expired on the three phones under your family plan, then you should be able to upgrade your family plan. You can fill-out a request to renew your plan on-line via our website or by calling 1-888-843-2380. The web instructions are as follows: Select the phone of your choice under your current carrier's (ie Verizon, AT&T, etc.) link and click "order now." Once you click the "order now" button next to the phone, a new screen should open showing the phone with a suggested plan. To the left of the phone there is a button that says "Renew / upgrade all your family plan phones". Click on that and you will now be able to upgrade your plan and phones as desired! Please note that some of the prices you originally see on the phones when first selected before clicking "Renew / Upgrade all your family plan phones" may change on the next screen because they are only for new customers to your current carrier. Some phones may change for the better on the renewal because of the renewal offer. Also, you can change the carriers plan to that of your choice by clicking the "change plans" link in the default carrier plan box. One final thing to watch out for is that the price of the third phone may be higher priced than the other two phones if you select all phones as being the same. If that occurs and you do not want to pay that higher price on the third phone, simply select a different phone as the third phone to see what kind of deals there are on third phones.

The Personal Unblocking Key (PUK) is an eight-digit code that is required to unblock your phone when you have entered the incorrect PIN XX times. It is located on the back of the SIM cardholder. All phones have a different set of procedures for unblocking and you will need to consult the manual when this occurs. Should an incorrect PUK be entered ten times in a row, the SIM will be permanently disabled. If you are still having troubles, please call 1-888-843-2380.

Yes you can. This phone is free out of pocket as long as you purchase it with a cell phone plan of $39.99 or higher. You can also upgrade your existing contract (if you have one and are eligible for upgrade) and that also will be free. All of our phones are sold with a plan.

Does this offer apply to my existing corporate fedex account. Under my existing plan, I receive a discount, and i just want to ensure that my plan will be honored with the purchase of this cell phone.

There are a few issues here. First, since you already have an existing account, are you eligible for upgrade and want to renew your existing contract (You must be eligible for upgrade in order to renew your existing contract with us)? Secondly, if you have a corporate FedEx account and receive a discount, is this because you are a FedEx employee? Or your cell phone service has been activated through FedEx? If you recevie a discount because you are a FedEx employee, your discount should be honored after renewing your contract and getting a new cell phone. Once you upgrade your service plan and get the new bill, you can call customer service and ask for the discount available for FedEx employees. If you receive a discount because your service has to go through FedEx, then in this case, you will have to upgrade through that specific corporate account.
