Answer:
Thank you for your interest in lowcostcells.com. In this situation, the only one that will be able to tell you if that phone is available for an upgrade is your carrier. Please call the toll free number on your latest bill for their customer service department. If eligible, we would love you to stop back to lowcostcells.com to upgrade your phone.

Question:
I already have service and can upgrade. Are these specials still available for me?
Answer:
To find out if you are available for an upgrade or not, you will have to call your carrier, and they will have to tell you. We are not privy to your account information and are only able to submit / sign-up applicants to accounts. There should be a toll free number for your carrier's customer service line either on their website or an old bill. That should be the number to call into to see if you are eligible for an account upgrade.
As far as the cost for an LG CE110 as an upgrade phone, for our default area code the price today is still ZERO dollars...FREE!!! Sometimes phone costs will change from area code to area code. Also, on the first page after clicking "renew / upgrade" your plan, it may say that you have to pay $9.99 for shipping. All shipping is free right now and that charge will go away as you proceed to the pre-order confirmation page.
