Question:
To whom it may concern:
My name Manny Lopez and have been using AT&T for the past 15 years, right now my phone is blackberry 8700c and also I am using internet from AT&T.
My question to you is: Can I buy this phone from you and remain in my own plan for witch I pay 59.99 plus 30.00 for the internet use.
Looking forward to your positive answer.
Manny
Answer:
Do you know if your cell phone contract has expired with AT&T? The only one that can tell you if you are available for an upgrade is your cell phone plan carrier. We are not privy to that information as there is personal information involved. We can simply only enter sign-up and upgrade information for customers. You should be able to find your carrier's customer service number on your latest monthly bill. If you are available for an upgrade, we would ask that you call our customer service agents at 1-888-843-2380! Because you would like to keep you existing plan, this can not be processed on-line.

Question:
Well it says you can upgrade your phone when your eligible, but on this website how do you purchase the phone with your upgrade every time i try it makes me choose a plan...
Answer:
Yes, you are correct. You must choose a plan even after you have clicked on the "upgrade / renew plan" link. If you want to stay with the plan you have, simply select that plan. If that plan is no longer available either select the plan closest to it or call our customer service line at 1-888-843-2380.

Question:
do you need to buy a multimedia package to buy At&t tilt or can you just buy the phone with out the multimedia package?
if you have to buy the multimedia package how much is it?
Answer:
To answer your first question, yes, you can just buy the AT&T Tilt 8925 phone and use it as a regular cell phone. To answer your second question, adding a multimedia package to the Tilt 8925 depends on your zip code and level of multimedia package.
What I recommend you do, because it sounds like you want a phone first and then possibly the multimedia package second would be to select the AT&T Tilt phone. Once this has been selected, click on either the "Order Now" button for a single plan or "Get 2 Phones with a Family Plan" for more than one phone. Assuming you picked "Order Now" for single plans, you will go to a new screen that shows the phone and a default recommended plan (should appear to the right of your screen). In the cell phone plan area, click on "More AT&T Plans". A new small screen opens up. Select the plan that best fits your needs (for your purposes, select only a voice plan). Once the appropriate phone and plan are selected, click "Add to Cart". A new screen will appear showing available accessories and phone plan upgrades. This is where you will find the cost of upgrading to a Multimedia Package (Internet Access and E-mail). Next to any of the PDA packages, click the "view details" button. A new screen should pop open for you explaining what one package does versus the others. From here on out it comes down to selecting your accessories and package upgrades of choice, reviewing and confirming your purchase, and finally checking out.
